About Dr. Jung Hsieh

Dr. Shay studied biochemistry at UC, San Diego. During his undergraduate years, he was determined to pursue dentistry and became an active participant in the local pre-dental society. He went on to obtain his D.D.S degree from UC San Francisco. Upon graduation, Dr. Shay furthered his training in an AEGD residency program in Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinic. After years of working in southern California he decided to return to his hometown, Fremont. Dr. Shay is conscientious of the difficulties in receiving dental treatments and strives to lessen patients’ discomfort during their visits. On his off time, he enjoys sampling new bakeries and cafes, particularly those offering matcha flavor dessert or drinks. He also loves hiking in the redwood forest state parks around the bay.
