About Dr. Justina Mockunas
Dr. Justina Mockunas graduated in Lithuania from Kaunas University of Medicine, College of Dentistry where she obtained her DDS Degree in 2008. In 2017 she got accepted into Advanced Standing Program at NYU Langone Health and obtained Certificate for her 2 year Advanced Education In General Dentistry residency in 2019. Soon after this Dr. Mockunas moved to Chicagoland area and received her accreditation by CODA and obtained an IL dental license.
During her years of practice Dr. Justina has learned that making others smile from inside out is what drives her into becoming a better dentist everyday. She feels rewarded with being able to improve a patient’s self esteem and confidence by creating a healthy beautiful smile. Dr. Justina’s knowledge, gentle chair side manner and positive personality decreases her patient's dental anxiety. She enjoys educating her patients about oral health. Dr. Justina constantly is seeking excellence in dentistry by continuing education to better serve her patients.

everyone was very friendly and professional! when i checked in before my appointment, they showed me an outline of the work being done (even though it was a standard cleaning) with the cost, what my insurance was covering, and what i was estimated to pay; i can’t recall any other office i’ve been to doing this and it really made the experience even better.

"Dr. Justina filled a cavity for me yesterday. No pain at all and she kept checking to see if I was okay. She’s so thorough and explained the process to me. Today Dr. Justina followed up to see how I was doing.
Sarah is an exceptional hygienist and Kylie handles the front so efficiently and well. Everyone is so kind and friendly at this practice."

I have been going to Pinnacle Dental for over 20 years. Mainly because of the high quality of service that I’ve gotten there over the years. Dr. Lena always strived to make visits there the best possible experience for the patient, and Dr. Justina, who has taking over the practice, is continuing that same approach to service.

"The Pinnacle Dental Clinic in Plainfield, IL is a place, where you will feel taken care of. Dr Justina Mockunas is so knowledgeable and so advanced in dental care, at the same time time very comforting and loving. Also the equipment she works with is state of the art. I had my teeth extracted, filled, crowned by her. Straightening with Invisalign is next.
