About Dr. Jyoti Puri

Jyoti Puri, DDS, PhD received her Doctorate of Dental Science (DDS) degree in 2006. She received her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Baylor College of Dentistry, TX A&M Health Science Center in Biomedical Sciences with an emphasis on Temporomandibular joint pain. She then continued her training by completing the Periodontics and Dental Implant Surgery Residency Program at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Dr. Puri is a licensed periodontist and is Board Certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. She has several published articles to her credit, and is an active member of The American Academy of Periodontology, The American Dental Association,The Chicago Dental Society, The Illinois State Dental Society, The Southwest Society of Periodontists. Dr. Puri is proficient in all aspects of periodontics including: non-surgical and surgical treatment of periodontal diseases, bone regeneration, surgical placement of dental implants, soft tissue grafting, and hard tissue grafting, including sinus augmentation. Her philosophy is to preserve teeth with respective periodontal procedure and place implants to restore missing teeth. Dr. Puri is committed to delivering the very highest quality dental treatment. She is likewise committed to providing patients the best treatment options, with an emphasis on their long-term oral health. She lives in Lombard, IL with her husband. Together they enjoy travel and visiting new places.
