“As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warmth. The staff was so welcoming and friendly before and having my appointment. The dentist himself was just as great. I was so nervous about being seen being that I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. The dentist not only listened to my needs but he ensured I was in great hands. Truly can’t thank him and his staff enough for being so attentive. Can’t wait to go back for my deep cleaning and implant!”

The experience was overall not bad, what you would expect. However, although I completed all forms in advance, I still waited for 50 mins before I was seen. There doesn’t seem to be any hygienists working here as the dentist, himself, did the cleaning and check up alone. There was one lady who was solely doing xrays only. The dentist felt rushed doing all appts himself, and rushed my cleaning. However, he seems skilled and obviously knew what he was doing.

The Dr and the provider that did my intake and scans non-judgmental and made me feel like I’m not a terrible person for waiting so long.

This was my first visit to a dentist in several years and I was very anxious about how it might go and the condition my teeth might be in. Dr Karim and his team were very kind. There was a lovely dental assistant named Helen who took my x-rays and got my room set up. She also assisted Dr Karim with my cleaning. She was very sweet and made conversation with me while doing my x-rays. I'm not sure if she could sense my nerves but she helped with my anxiety A LOT. She was funny too! When Dr Karim came in to see me, he took a look at my x-rays and my actual teeth. He then asked me about my dental history and if I was experiencing any issues. The cleaning was fast and not as painful as I've experienced at other places. The only reason I experienced pain is because I haven't had them cleaned in a long time. I'm sure my next visit will be a breeze since all of the buildup is now gone. My appointment was at 5pm and I was out before 6 (cleaning, x-rays before and after cleaning, check in)!!
