Dr. Kopcza earned her DDS at the University of Maryland in 2011, where she was awarded the prestigious Department of Orthodontics Harry E. Kelsey Award, the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Commitment to Community Service, and the AAWD Smiles for Success Award. Dr. Kopcza continued her education with a one year general practice dental residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY, followed by a three year residency in orthodontics at St. Barnabas Hospital. She received her Certificate in Orthodontics in June 2015, and is a Board eligible orthodontist.
Dr. Kopcza is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Northeast Society of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Women in Dentistry. She is certified in Invisalign and lingual orthodontic systems, and is dedicated to continuing her education with the latest techniques and technology.
