Dr. Kashfia Vohra graduated from NYU School of Dentistry and completed her residency at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ. Dr. Vohra attended Rutgers University where she graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences and Psychology. She is a published author in the field of Behavioral Psychology and Genetics. Dr. Vohra continued her studies at UMDNJ and received her Master’s in Biological Sciences before attending dentistry school. Dr. Vohra loves to travel and discover new restaurants with her husband and play with their recently adopted puppy, Obi-Wan.

My first appointment at Kind Dental was a great experience! They were able to accommodate to get me seen that week early in the morning. Process to get my x-rays & cleaning was smooth and everyone who I interacted with super nice! Would highly recommend

Every four months I get excited to go to the dentist. My relationship with every employee isn’t just a dentist and patient relationship but a friend to friend. They always ask me what’s new and when they’re cleaning my teeth they make sure I’m comfortable. I truly appreciate every experience I have at the dentist.

I had such a great experience at Kind Dental! The staff is very kind and friendly and worked with me on resolving an insurance issue I had. After not going to the dentist regularly with the implications of covid, I had the necessary work done to get them back as clean as possible. My teeth have never been cleaner!!

Absolute wonderful experience with Dr. Vohra! She took the time to explain everything with me and also made sure to give me the chance to ask any questions I may have had. The dentist is not usually a “fun” place but I absolutely feel at ease after my appointment especially after not getting the best news about my teeth. I highly recommend Kind Dental!

My first time visiting this dental office, and I must say it was absolutely exceptional! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted very welcoming to the office. Reception was very sweet, and pleasant. Comfortable waiting area, the hygienist Daniela was amazing! She took her time, explained everything that was going on, and have a very deep thorough cleaning. The technology is advanced, and the doctors are truly exceptional. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in need of a new dentist!

Kind Dental makes me love coming to the Dentist! I’ve been a patient of Mindy’s since I’m 5 years old (20 years!). She’s such a KIND, thoughtful, diligent, talented hygienist! All of the staff are super helpful and efficient. Love this practice! Highly recommend for people of all ages. Especially kids who are scared of the dentist. ??

I can't say enough wonderful things about Kind Dental! You are greeted with warm and friendly faces which makes you feel like family. Dr. Vohra and Dr. Cholera are extremely gentle and have great attention to detail. They both take the time to explain all the procedures and answer my questions. I definitely recommend this practice!

I have been to kind dental 3 times and each time I have had a wonderful experience. So wonderful in fact I drive 30 min further from my previous dentist just to get the kind experience.
I have gotten a cleaning and fillings and for the first time ever I wasn’t in ANY pain after these appointments. (My teeth are super sensitive) Everyone is extremely informative so I leave knowing exactly what just happened in my mouth and what I need to do moving forward. Would definitely highly recommend especially for those with sensitive teeth or anxiety in general about going to a dentist.

Dr. Vohra and her team are so talented. I've never had a more thorough dental exam conducted by a Dentist -- and her kind, caring and personable attitude only made the experience that much better. Mindy -my hygienist- could have her own MasterClass series on dental hygiene. It's incredible to see and feel how clean she's able to get your teeth with virtually no pain or discomfort. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment , which is something I never thought I'd say.
