I arrived at the office 10 minutes prior to my appointment and the door was locked with no sign on the door other than a note for UPS. I called the office and a man answered with a very abrupt hello. I asked if this was the dentist office and he just said yeah. I told him that I was here for my appointment, but the door is locked. I asked if he was at lunch and he sighed and said yeah. I just said OK thank you and we said goodbye. He was very off putting and rude. He made me feel like I was interrupting him. I decided in that moment, I did not feel comfortable being at the office and would not continue to pursue care with his business.

I would not recommend this provider for several reasons. First, the office space is both disorganized and dirty. I noticed mildew in the drain of the rinse bowl as well as stains on the carpet and furniture. His consultation room doubles as a storage closet filled with dental supplies and they shuffle you around from room to room.
He made disparaging remarks about my previous dental work and used a condescending tone when he spoke to me about my dental history and treatment plan. He used fear and intimidation tactics to scare me into paying a deposit prior to submitting anything to my insurance despite my repeated requests to understand what a realistic cost estimate would be. After deciding to not move forward with treatment, he refused to refund the deposit I paid and refused to submit my office visit claim to my in-network insurance. Then, he blocked my email so I was unable to contact his office.
I wish I had trusted my intuition and walked out of the office right off the bat.

My teeth cleaning lasted less than 5 minutes before he tried to sell me on an expensive surgery. I could clearly see the tartar on my teeth he missed. The lack of care for his work was disappointing and the office wasn't very cleanly. Overall an uncomfortable experience and a waste of time.

I contact this doctor for emergency appointment and they took me next day which was awesome. I had a crown fallen off and need it to place it back and cement it and instead of what i was asking for he was offering me new crowns on that place instead of re-cementing ones i have and what i was asking for. He said he don't patch other doctors work, wow ??
This office will never seen me again there.
Avoid this dentist, it's a rip off!

Came in for my first root canal today and was very nervous and I have had dental anxitey mont of my life. Dr Gram did a great job keeping me informed and comfortable during the entire visit. I honestly have had a better experence here than I have getting cavitis filled elsewhere ever

My visit was perfect as usual. I personally believe that without Dr. Bram my life was done, after going to another Dentist who destroyed my whole understanding and beliefs in getting dental implants by giving me a blotched job. Dr. Bram saved me. I was depressed didn't want to go anywhere and it was good that there was a 'masked mandate'. I am so pleased with my implants. Thank you Dr. Bram

I went to Dr. Bram for braces in Aug. 2022. He made the whole process very easy. He listened to all my fears and concerns about dentistry in general, taking time to answer any and all questions with compassion and care. A year later, I am thrilled with the outcome and very happy to be a patient of Dr. Bram. Highly recommended!
