Dr. Christensen’s journey to dentistry began on a pear orchard in the small town of Cashmere, WA. Growing up, she spent her days helping her parents harvest pears and caring for a variety of animals. It was a life full of hard work, fresh air, and community—values that have stayed with her ever since. Even as a child, she knew she wanted to help people in a hands-on, meaningful way. That dream led her from the quiet orchards of Cashmere to the bustling city of Seattle. From there, she ventured to Los Angeles to attend UCLA’s School of Dentistry, choosing dentistry as a way to combine her love of science, creativity, and human connection. After dental school, Dr. Christensen began her career in San Antonio, Texas. While she appreciated the experience and warmth of the community there, she found herself missing the green mountains, misty mornings, and yes even the rain of the Pacific Northwest. Eventually, she returned to Seattle, drawn home by the place and people she loves most. Patients often describe Dr. Christensen as gentle, calm, and easy to talk to. She believes a trip to the dentist shouldn’t be intimidating. She’s made it her mission to create an environment where patients feel supported, heard, and fully at ease. She loves getting to know her patients beyond just their smiles and considers it an honor to be a part of their care journey. Dr. Christensen pursued advanced training in implants, sedation dentistry, laser technology, endodontics, oral surgery, and occlusion, because she believes that every patient deserves care that’s both high-quality and tailored to their unique needs. To Dr. Christensen, dentistry is about more than just teeth, it’s about building trust, creating comfort, and helping people feel confident in their smile and themselves.
