I LOVED my experience. I HATEEEEEE going to the dentist, but everyone made the experience so tolerable and comfortable. They communicated what they were doing and were super understanding of my anxiety. They even had chapstick and a blanket to help me feel more comfortable. Dr. Heaton was super knowledgeable and patient with me, and conservative with her approach to filling my cavities.

They contacted me several times before my appointment to review their memberships (they weren't covered by my insurance) and remind me about my appointment. Everyone was super friendly, and they gave me a tour and a welcome bag. I’ll be back and recommend them to everyone.

The experience at Dr. Heaton’s office was exceptional. There was a short wait time from check in to screening. Each member(admin assistant, hygienist, and the doctor) was very knowledgeable, communicated clearly, listened well, and provided excellent and timely service. I left confident that they truly care about their patients.

I am the ultimate baby when it comes to dental work. As dental experiences go, Dr. Heaton and the entire office made my visit as comfortable as possible. Claudia is an absolute angel and took great care to make sure my insurance coverage my treatment. She made me aware of the costs in advance of the procedures.

My favorite part is even though it was my first time meeting Dr. Heaton & staff/assistant, it felt like I've known them for a while. There is always a smile when entering the suite. Everyone is so professional and courteous. They always inform you right away about any issues with your teeth and make all the right recommendations. Fast, friendly, and most definitely recommended.
