I’d already called out of work for that day, which was inconvenient, the next time they suggested was a month or two out.”

“High Point Dentistry and Dr. Kaiser were great! Everyone in the office was friendly, and I was seen quickly. I had a crown fall out, and my usual dentist was out for a couple of weeks for the holidays. It was so easy to schedule an appointment with a different dentist ASAP through zocdoc, and the communication from the front office was perfect since they were able to help me make sure to schedule a time slot that allowed Dr. Kaiser enough time to reattach my crown. If I were looking for a new dental office, I would definitely go back to High Point (it's just that I do also like my current dentist, and it's a much shorter drive to get to her office!). The out of pocket price was also fair based on what I'd researched before the appointment, and this was clearly communicated before the procedure. ”

Meet Dr. Kimberly Kaiser – a dentist with a heart of gold! She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has been spreading smiles ever since.
Dr. Kaiser’s love for dentistry began when she was a child, and she always looked forward to her visits to the dentist. Her passion for providing excellent care grew even stronger when she worked as a dental assistant, where she saw firsthand how much of a difference a caring and compassionate dentist can make in a patient’s life.
At our practice, Dr. Kaiser goes above and beyond to make her patients feel comfortable and welcome. She understands that a visit to the dentist can be stressful, so she takes the time to get to know her patients, their concerns, and their goals. With her kind and mindful approach to dentistry, she guides her patients on their journey to optimal oral health.
When she’s not busy making her patients smile, Dr. Kaiser loves to travel, hike, read books, and try new restaurants. She’s always open to recommendations from her patients, so be sure to share your favorite spots with her at your next visit.

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful when an issue came up with my insurance. Dr Kaiser and the rest of the medical staff were kind and communicative. They made it a very comfortable process from start to finish. Overall a pleasure, thanks y’all!

Little to no wait time. Extra forms to fill out in person even if you did so online. Marissa was great and so was Dr. Kaiser. I was able to come in the following day for a cleaning!

Really kind and asked great questions! One thing about this location is that you won't get a cleaning the first visit. You'll have to go back (not the doctors fault but it was a bit frustrating).

Zocdoc seems to only book this as an exam, not a cleaning, i specifically wanted the cleaning. Not good Zocdoc. Fortunately they were able to fit me in, but made the whole appointment last much longer since I had to wait for the next cleaning opening. Not cool Zocdoc.

So unprofessional, I was given two months interval for appointment to clean my teeth, I contacted another dentist and I was able to secure appointment next day to wash my teeth. I made a request for my xray to be forwarded to my mail and copy the other dentist. But they did none of that upon making a promise to do so. They are so poor and unprofessional

Highly recommend anyone go here! The staff is incredibly friendly, they are fast, but thorough, and there’s no nonsense. I’ve struggled with other dentists in the past upcharging me for things I didn’t feel I needed. They’re the opposite. There were no surprises in my payment and they made me feel like I was heard. So excited to have a great new dentist

Office visit overall was a great staff but they should connect with zocdoc on the booking process. I had specifically booked a cleaning on zocdoc and when I went in, I had my X-rays and dentist review but was told I needed to schedule a separate appointment for cleaning.
