They wanted to push me to do procedures that weren’t covered by my insurance. I also asked about a service they provided to me and why I didn’t see an explanation of benefits on my insurance and they said they didn’t feel like it was needed because they knew the insurance wouldn’t cover it. That office is money first, patient last. Worst dentist I’ve been to.

I recently visited this office to have a dental bridge re-cemented after it fell out. Since my regular dentist was closed, I chose this office because they accepted my insurance and I could get an emergency appointment. However, when I arrived, they insisted on charging me a few hundred out of pocket for the procedure, refusing to run it through my insurance because they didn’t do the original work. They then tried to upsell me on an implant, stating that if I paid a few hundred and scheduled the implant procedure, the few hundred I paid, would be credited toward it. I found this approach off-putting and felt it prioritized profit over patient care. Ultimately, I left without getting my bridge fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this office based on my experience – it felt like a waste of my time and an unnecessary hassle.
