There were extenuating circumstances with my visit. Dr. Doan and her staff were very compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Doan and her staff for any treatment.

I had my consultation yesterday and today we will be beginning an extensive treatment plan and I feel hopeful for the future and a healthy smile.. Yessica listened to me vent about my oral insecurities for a half hour and the empathy was so refreshing. You are in excellent hands here.

Dr. Doan then went ahead and earned her Master’s Degree at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 2013. She graduated with honors from Dental School and is an active member of Tau Kappa omega Dental Honors Society. Dr. Doan is originally from San Francisco, CA and moved to Lynnwood, WA in 2011. I had a horrible experience here. It started good, everyone was friendly and it seemed to be going quickly for my first visit. After xrays, we went back to the room I was in and someone else was in my chair having work done. They put me at the end of the hall, and forgot about me for 40 minutes. The dentist came in, looked at my teeth for 5 minutes, then everyone left and I sat again, for 40 minutes waiting. I finally got up and walked to the front desk. I talked with them for 2 minutes about what their dental plan was, promptly left, and will never go back. 2 hours in their office, with 15 minutes of care.
0/10, would not recommend.

Overall I had very good experience with my visit.
The staff was very friendly. The only thing I dislike was the upselling of treatment before my cleaning. The wait time between exam and cleaning could use some improvement (30+ minutes).

Long wait. Scheduled appointments for one thing, doctor didn't help. When I have a toothache help the tooth. Xray the rest of my mouth? Fine. But then don't tell me you're closing and can't help and make me wait a week.
