“The Dental associates were all helpful and friendly. My wait was non existent .... I filled out the forms required as a new client from a tablet which was easy and user friendly. After finishing the initial health and medical history questions. I was brought into a clean office area to a chair and met with an assoiciate right away to prep for initial X-rays prior to meeting with the Dr. Soraya.
The Dental associate was very friendly while doing this procedure while following all the Covid safety requirements. The associate was very efficient and made the X-ray procedures as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Soraya stopped by to acknowledge me prior to my initial X-rays. So, I was impressed the Dentist initially introduced herself and made me feel at home. Following my X-rays I had to waited a short time and the Dr. Soraya came in to let me know what we she saw in my X-rays and was ready to get right to work. Dr. Soraya explained what my choices were and I told her my feelings and what I wanted to have done in this visit. With both concurred and before I knew it I was done with my tooth being repaired and set up another visit afterward.

New patient visit went exceptionally well.
From check-in to check-out, the entire team made me feel welcome and special. Being from Southeast US I am very accustomed to southern hospitality and impeccable bedside manners so I must say Dr. Soraya (and her team) has exceeded my expectations in professionalism, courtesy, and sincere patient empathy. Dr. Zoraya is very honest and made sure I was thoroughly aware of all of my treatment options. She did not push any particular procedure, and wants me to decide whats best for me for now. I think that greatly adds to the level of trust I have for her. I am thankful to have found Dr. Zoraya and look forward to my future visits!

Kristin @nd all of her staff made me feel extremely comfortable and very welcome the second I entered the office!! They genuinely are happy to see me and take the time to talk and listen to me. Kristin and her staff ontop of giving me that old friend type of feeling they conduct their office with such ease and professionalism you can't deny you are in very very capable hands and I would like to Thank the entire staff for helping me overcome a very long and ugly dental situation! Kristin is friendly, attentive, professional, and helpful. Sometimes I wonder if so x-rays are necessary so frequently (every ~6months) but otherwise a real pleasure to go in for check ups.

Dr. Soraya is in my opinion an excellent dentist. She is caring, takes time and I never feel hurried. I had a dentist for over 15 years that was the best I've ever had but he retired. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Soraya. Elizabeth one of her office assistants is fantastic. She is aware I'm on a fixed income after unfortunate circumstances with my family (losing my mother, brother, home and my husband) and is caring and really makes effort to help me and calm me down which I really appreciate. I always feel better after I leave Dr. Sorya's office and I would definitely recommend her to my friends..

Dr. Soraya is professional, caring, approachable, attentive, and available and I have been very satisfied with her work. I also like the fact that she uses ZocDoc so it's easy for me to update my medical status and make appointments online.

I'm not sure that this review will pass Zocdoc guidelines but for the chance that it does, I think it's important that people know what they are in for.
The staff is pleasant. Though, this office can not be trusted on explanation of services provided. I was led to believe I was being charged for X-rays then later checked my coverage and noticed that X-rays are covered through my insurance. So apparently, I was provided a service with my signature consent but was verbally told the charge was for the necessary X-rays.

I was pleased that Delta Dental recommended the switch in dentists to Dr. Soraya. Without that we probably wouldn't have seen her and realized that we wanted to go back again. My wife and I were both very satisfied with the service and treatment we received today.
