Now in my mid 30s I was looking to have a some outstanding work done on my wisdom teeth, get a professional opinion for some gum recession, and explore options around clear aligners to restore my smile. I finally settled on Dr. Grant and his team after months of research and I could not have been happier with my experience. It has everything I want from my dental experience. A kind courteous staff that truly cares about your comfort, makes sure you understand all of your treatment options, and works with the utmost care in all that they do. This was one of the worst dental experiences I have been apart of. This was primarily due to three things. 1. As a new client it took the office 9 days to process my insurance. Which would not have been an issue if as I requested the office contacted me once they completed it to verify the estimate. Instead I constantly had to reach 2- The doctor was very disrespectful and talked down to you when you have questions about the treatment. Examples include calling me confused when I asked about my treatment plan. 3- the office additionally miss inputted my insurance claim in the system which resulted in an inflated amount. When I asked about the price I was only given the option of splitting up the payment instead of a break down. It took the doctor to ask about why the price was inflated for them to actually deep dive the situation. Leaving me to ask what would have happened if I did not ask? And how many people are being charged unfairly?

Very quick to be seen for a filling. Everyone was very clear about what was upcoming. Dr. Grant worked quickly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Overall was a good experience!
