The support, mentorship and team mentality truly set them/us apart from other organizations. I have spent my career trying to become the most well rounded, comprehensive dentist possible. Along the way, building teams and mentoring others to become their best while providing affordable, time efficient dental care for the whole family without compromising quality. I have known many of the DECA doctors and their families for several years. Some since dental school. I now have the privilege of not only calling them friends, but also colleagues.
