Incredibly kind staff but terrible payment experience. I also get that first appointments take longer with imaging but spending nearly 4-5 hours was just crazy. They made me pay out of pocket over $500+ for my annual checkup saying I would get reimbursed by insurance 2-3 weeks later. They said they only do it this way which is absurd since I’ve never been to a dentist where they can’t charge the insurance directly as I’m on a premier plan. They also quoted some ridiculously high numbers for treatment to the point where I was convinced I was either being scammed or coerced into doing more expensive things or that they lied and told me I was in-network when I wasn’t.

Got cleaning done & waiting time was quick & easy. Doctors were very transparent. I was not aware of the severity before, & was not informed Vs. Pfluger Ville Dentistry made me aware of everything.

Dentist is excellent very professional. I received excellent and prompt care. The only things I saw wrong was the time it took for the caps to be main and some of the assistants were annoying - front desk was very prompt.
