I am not sure if I will be returning. I waited 30 min before being checked in for paperwork as a new patient. The receptionist that checked me in was helpful. She needed to validate my insurance & I guess I would have preferred if she asked me to the window for information instead of being asked outloud. She said she couldnt locate my insurance with zip & would just call. I headed back with a tech for photos. PC shut down twice. Out comes the doctor. I asked for a kids bite block because I hate holding my mouth open as my jaws get tired fast. No block was given. The Dr I saw was NOT the Dr I booked. I also would not like to see him again. He was beyond rough with my mouth & I did advise this. I wanted to just get up & leave the appt. I changed my Dr over because my current dentist no longer accepts HMO & I have been with her 9 years. no routine cleaning was done and that's why I came in. In at 815-10:10am!
