Due to the communication from this office, I would not recommend this place at all. I went in for my first appointment, got my X rays and treatment plan, and then tried to schedule my follow up. No one answers the phone lines. When I emailed saying no one was answering, they emailed me back but never called me. It has now been almost a month. I am currently in pain and still cannot get anyone on the phone to schedule my treatment. Very unprofessional experience.

Everything was great! Friendly and kind. I had an insurance issue and the front desk was helpful. They introduced me to the office manager who helped me come up with a plan. Liz was awesome and after she cleaned my teeth we talked about tooth brushes! Dr.Vu is wonderful! She explains the how and why!

hadn’t been to the dentist in 2 years due to bad experiences elsewhere, but I drove 50 minutes from Atlantic City to see Dr. Vu—and it was so worth it. The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially the red-haired assistant who took my x-rays (I wish I remembered her name!). She made me feel comfortable right away and was so attentive during my gum exam, even offering numbing gel when I felt discomfort. She explained everything thoroughly and kept checking on me. Dr. Vu was great—she went over my x-rays and treatment plan in detail. I also bought a new electric toothbrush and water flosser, and the front desk ladies printed rebate forms without me even asking. I was able to schedule my next visit just 2 weeks out—and best of all, I only waited 5 minutes to be seen. Highly recommend!

Dr. Vu was awesome and so helpful! I went as a new patient for the first time for a consultation, and they were able to squeeze me in for a teeth cleaning on the same day! Dr. Vu was very reasonable and her assessment of what was going on with my teeth, and made a great plan for me to fix the issues that I need to have fixed. Just be aware that they do not perform all dental services at this location, and they did have to refer me out for the extractions that I needed. ?
