Unfortunately I have waisted my time having this appointment. I booked the visit with zocdok saying this dr is in network. Later that day I called the office to see if I could have the emergency visit without having panorama x-rays. They said no, so I canceled this appointment. Then in the evening I received a call from the office asking why I canceled the visit and offered to reschedule for the next day with local x-rays for the cavity treatment. When I came to the office the receptionists said my insurance was not covered by their office. Why wouldn’t they let me know before I came at 2:30 in the afternoon in the heat ruining my day and health. It was completely unexpected. I was upset and the doctor took the local x-rays which was covered as they said. So I came there for the x-rays only? And there was no medical help! To my knowledge,
I have full coverage for the root canal and filling with my insurance.
But the office ignored to check the insurance before I came

I was nervous to come here with so little of reviews, but it was my favorite dental experience ever. The space is beautiful, clean, and relaxing - this branch is brand new. The staff is very friendly, has wonderful bedside manner, and cleaned my teeth perfectly without nicking my gums or causing pain. They have comprehensive payment plans for ortho work as well. I will definitely be staying with them for future dental appointments.
