When I showed up for my appointment they ask for my insurance card, which I put online for them to see. They confirm my appointment the day before. Only to find out that they don’t accept my insurance, so you mean they can’t tell me that when I made my appointment that they do not accept my insurance instead, you had me to come all the way into the office just to tell me that face-to-face. ???you could have saved me the trip.

I needed a root canal done and she suppose to be a dentist who do it. Not sure at all. I booked this appointment and called the office to make sure that this was going to be done. All the did was X-rays and a scan of my teeth and then told me to I have to see another doctor for the root canal. She brushed me off so fast.. She falsely state she do root canal but don’t. She was highly recommended by zocdoc that wasn’t a good recommendation. I’m still in pain and highly upset

When I say I have never in my life liked Dentists. But Dr. Sanchez was heaven sent. She made me so comfortable and explained every step in the most pleasant way. I am glad I came to DDS.
