About Dr. Lily Liu
Dr. Lily Liu welcomes patients no matter if they love or hate going to the dentist. Whether you've had a bad experience, are embarrassed about your teeth, or are a dedicated brusher and flosser, you are welcome in her chair and she takes great pride in helping you become a happy, healthy patient. She is a graduate of Harvard School of Dental Medicine and completed her AEGD at Fenway Health in Boston. When not fighting sugar bugs, she enjoys hand lettering, hiking, and chasing her 3-year-old daughter.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience warrants one. While the office itself is nice, the dentist was passive-aggressive and unprofessional. She made unnecessary comments such as saying I was “no stranger to the dental chair” and comparing my teeth to “ice cream scoops,” which felt inappropriate and disrespectful.
I explained that I was experiencing pain in my upper right tooth and mentioned that I felt a gap. My concerns were dismissed because nothing appeared on the X-ray. Instead of investigating further, she suggested I might be grinding my teeth and even recommended a sleep apnea test, without clear justification.
Months later, I visited another dentist who immediately found the issue—a small hole in the same tooth—and fixed it the same day with a simple filling. I would not recommend this dentist due to the dismissive attitude and lack of thorough care.
