“I haven’t used ZocDoc in a while. Not that I didn’t have a good experience before but because I had picked up some insurance that made finding a provider in-app easy. Anyways, I decided that since I keep hearing ZocDoc ads on podcasts I’d give it a shot. Within the last two years, I have developed severe anxiety related to my health and well-being(I used to be the kid so excited to see a dentist cause I got a prize at the end and now I can barely sit in the waiting room without an increased heart rate). Dr Lisette and her practice had great reviews on ZocDoc and within maybe 3 minutes of searching, I had a next morning appointment. Every single staff member I can across was so extremely nice it very literally brought tears to my eyes. Living lower middle class all my life, it’s always whoever can do it cheapest…which kind of gives the vibe of a product on an assembly line. BUT NOT HERE. I had never felt so seen when attending medical appointments. EVERYONE has been so understanding. ”

Dr. Perez was born in a small town in Cuba and grew up in Miami. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City. She then completed her training in a postgraduate residency program at the Brooklyn Veterans Affairs NY Harbor Healthcare System. She speaks Spanish and English. ?Dentistry is very rewarding.? She loves to connect with patients and take time to educate them. ?Dentistry can make patients feel very vulnerable,? and she strives to make them feel as comfortable as possible. ?It is the little things in life that make the biggest difference.? Staying active is very important to her. In her free time, she enjoys strength training and rock climbing. However, her favorite thing to do is dance salsa. Very unpleasant front deck .Be careful with the doctor she will mint money no proper guidence by the doctor.
No one will call you on the appointment confirmation just make to you wait hours without any treatment.
Advice not to go for any emergency services.

The office called me and advised me that my appointment time was different from what they had scheduled and also a different service. While talking to the lady on the phone I advised her why I needed to come in and she kept telling me my appointment was for something else and got rude and upset and hung up on me. I would never recommend this office

"It was a great experience. I was able to find a parking spot easily and the staff was ready for me at my scheduled time. They were very polite and helpful, guiding me through the entire process. Overall the dentist that, I was looking for was way more than I expected. She was and is more than you know. Her quality is more than ever given. She needs to be reviewed higher than anything... I like her and so far, she is 110% wonderful.
