I scheduled a dental cleaning with this doctor, but when I arrived for the appointment, I was seen by a different doctor and ended up receiving an X-ray and a consultation instead, without the cleaning. Now, I need to find a new dentist, but if they require another X-ray or consultation before the cleaning, my insurance won’t cover it.
