About Dr. Luke Hooker
Dr. Lucas Hooker grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. He attended the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, graduated top of his class, and received awards recognizing his scholarship and compassion in interpersonal relationships.
Dr. Hooker is passionate about the work he does and stays up to date with the latest in dentistry as an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Association, and the Chicago Dental Society. He treats all of his patients with kindness, compassion, and respect and prides himself on educating them about the importance of proper dental care and maintenance. I was nervous about booking a dentist appointment. I haven't had good experiences in the past. From horrible bedside manner to places not accepting my insurance. However, I would recommend Dr. Luke to everyone if I could. Everyone was so friendly including his assistant Anayeli. My dentist fears are long gone and I'll definitely be returning here.

The staff was helpful and cheerful. I was able to get in the very same day at 7 PM which was very helpful since my insurance was ending. Dr Luke listened intently, went over procedures and checked out my cavities, recommending the work that needed to be done. Everything was super efficient, very reasonably priced. I do mot hesitate to recommend Dr. Luke and Smile Obsession.
