I made the appointment and entered my insurance and health information online. The office called me several times and I received several phone calls to confirm the appointment and to ask for my insurance information. I did confirm each time and sent my information both directly to the office and through the system. However, when I arrived, they let me know that they did not have my insurance information approved yet (even though they called me just 1/2 hour before my appointment to confirm it). This experience was very odd and the office seemed VERY disorganized. Also, inside the office, it smelled like Glad Plug-Ins, which is very insensitive to those with allergies. There were no clients/patients and looked like a money laundering front.

Excellent service but the office was not aware of my appointment. So I had to pay. Zocdoc did not report my appointment to the office.

The appointment was really quick and the staff was very friendly. I did wait almost 30min for my appointment after checking in and that’s annoying when you are pressured to arrive on time. I would’ve appreciated a note saying they are running late

The office staff was really nice. I had to wait almost 2 hours to see the dentist though, which felt really ridiculous since I was just in for an annual check up and cleaning. I didn’t even get the cleaning because I would have had to wait even longer. I did eventually see the dentist for like 2 minutes. They took X-rays when I got there, but I don’t think the dentist even looked at them. He was nice, but really rushed.

The office contacted me one day prior to appointment and told me they work with my insurance, but on the day of the appointment when I arrived they said they don’t. I would really appreciate if they called me prior to appointment and told me that so I wouldn’t drive 30 minutes there and back

The doc (Luke) is the best dentist Ive had. The front desk is so nice, and it doesnt take long to be seen. This is the only dentist I dont mind seeing because I know I'll be in great hands w/ someone who cares.
