My 40-min trip to Dr. Mohammad Reza Shefaat was worth it. His calming demeanor immediately put me at ease. His office, a beautiful, clean space, mirrored the serene nature of the surroundings. The staff was friendly and flexible, accommodating my schedule. The treatment was effective and performed with a level of care that spoke volumes about Dr. Shefaat's commitment to patient comfort and satisfaction. Despite the distance, I'll be returning for future dental care. The quality of service received is well worth the commute.

Dr. Shefaat was OK. He got the job done, but he was not that friendly. He didn't even introduce himself when he walked in or have a conversation with me or my child even though he is 3 years old and this was his first visit to the dentist. So in that sense, he was a let down. Maybe he just wasn't having a good day.
On the upside though, his team was amazing! The tech was personable, friendly, age appropriate, upbeat, instructive, and super kind. I have seen a lot of dental techs in my life and she is at the very top! His front desk staff was also warm in the office as well as the call to set up the appointment.
So I will most likely go back there because of the good experience we had with his team even though the dentist was just OK.
