I rarely go to dentists because none pay attention to the fact I have sensitive teeth, Madeline Kepner dds was incredibly conscious of this when I told her, she was gentle with the instruments and when she identified my issue she still was gentle, I really can’t tell you how much i appreciate this type of awareness, trust me it’s very rare. I have given only 1 other recommendation for a dentist before, Madeline Kepner will be the 2nd for many years going forward

Dr. Kepner is the best dentist I have ever had. She’s gentle with the tools, thorough, and takes time to explain everything she’s going to do before she does it. When she found a cavity she even had a little device that she took a picture with to show me. Such a breath of fresh air after all of the rough dentists that just get in and out and shame you.

The entire staff was friendly and upbeat. My hygienist, Alissa, made me feel comfortable right away and was very friendly, communicative, thoughtful, professional, and gentle throughout the visit. Dr. Kepner was wonderful too, taking the time to thoroughly explain her recommendations and the treatments that were priorities. I had an extra request for a minor treatment and she fit me in the very same day. I couldn't be more pleased and am so happy to have found an excellent dentist with a wonderful staff.
