“Check in front desk staff was nice but not always attentive to patients waiting at the desk. First person to do my xray was nice and knowledgeable. He then took me to wait for the dental hygienist for a cleaning. I waited about 45 minutes before being seen! Nonetheless, the dental hygienist was super nice and gave great advice. She was amazing! I then saw the doctor who was also amazing and gave good recommendations! Check out staff was friendly as well! Overall, this is a great place to get dental care despite the wait time.”

I booked an appointment with this dentist, and then was told after I had already gotten xrays and teeth cleaned that she did not work at that office on that day, and that they could find another dentist to see me. Additionally, the office was super pushy and tried to tell me that I needed four cavities filled (I go to the dentist every six months, and have not had a cavity in three years, and at my last visit they did not mention any cavities). They seemed to be upset when I said that I needed to think it over, esp because there was a large copay for filling all four. When I expressed concern about cost, they then said that they could just do three instead, which suggests to me that my four cavities were not as urgent as they said.

The doctor's bedside manners were excellent. She listened to my concerns and was able to devise a plan to get the treatment started. I will follow up once the work is done in order to give it more updated remark in terms of quality of service .

I will definitely go back and refer my family and friends only bad experience the front desk wasn’t friendly at all very rude but everyone else so professional and my doctor that took care of me was so professional and pleasant and tell me what ever she about to do or doing everyone else was a pleasure being there except the front desk clerk I look forward going back Michelle was so professional and explain everything so you could understand thanks to my DR and the staff
