About Dr. Madelyn Zastrow

We welcome all patients to schedule; please note we do not participate with Medicaid or Medicare plans. Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Zastrow is thrilled to be back in her home state after practicing in Omaha, Nebraska, for the past three years. She brings with her a strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and is excited to serve the local community. Dr. Zastrow believes that everyone deserves to feel confident in their smile. She has a true passion for educating patients about their oral health and empowering them to take control of their dental care. Whether it’s helping someone overcome dental anxiety or creating personalized treatment plans, she’s dedicated to making each patient’s experience as comfortable and rewarding as possible. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Zastrow is always engaged in some form of being active; hockey, golfing, or traveling. She also enjoys dog-sitting and baking homemade sourdough bread - finding joy in both new experiences and the simple things in life. Dr. Zastrow is thrilled to bring her expertise to Dr. Paul Sandvick and associates and is excited to work alongside a team that shares her commitment to providing compassionate care for all patients. *Attention: Dr. Zastrow does not participate in Medicaid, Medicare, or BadgerCare plans and our office is ineligible to bill these programs. Patients with these plans are more than welcome to establish care with Dr. Zastrow; however, they will be required to pay out of pocket at the time of service for any services rendered. Missed Appointment Policy - Appointments booked through ZocDoc are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Missed or late-canceled appointments will incur a $50.00 fee, and we reserve the right to decline future scheduling. As a high demand office, we prioritize patients ready to be seen and appreciate your understanding.
