About Dr. Madhurima Ganguly

Dr. Ganguly believes in treating every patient like family and providing the best in patient care. She is conservative in her approach towards dentistry and prefers to save natural teeth whenever it can be done. She keeps herself up to date with the latest technology in dentistry by attending continuing education courses. After graduating from West Bengal University of Health Sciences in India, Dr. Ganguly received her Dental Degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. She also received her Masters degree from the University of Washington, Seattle. She’s a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the San Francisco Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. She speaks Hindi and Bengali. She has helped organize and participate in free dental camps for kids in India and Nepal. Using data from these camps, she has studied the relationship between malnutrition and poor childhood oral health (with UC Berkeley researchers). She loves travelling, cooking and spending time with her spouse and toddler.
