Great from the first step in the door. Extremely nice, everyone had smiles. Receptionist was great, the doctor was thorough on answering my questions and explaining my options that best suited me. Then the dental hygienist, she was freakin awesome. She was amazing at her job and you can tell she loves what she does, and really takes great care of the patient. Then Cherry in finance was great with helping in my financial situation and made it very easy to deal with. All around it was a fantastic visit and looking forward to getting much needed work done there.

We booked an appointment with Dr.Gupta. But Dr. Aurora was the one that actually did the work. Dr. Gupta did see my daughter and assigned the work that needed to be done but didn’t actually do the work. If we would have known we probably would have saved some gas and just booked at an office closer to home. Although I was very happy with the work done by Dr. Aurora.

This place was amazing! By far the best dental experience I have ever had. If you use waze to get there, just a heads up, it will take you to the wrong end of the street. Helpful hint: use address for Boomer-Jacks in Murphy TX. The dental office is next door. I had a broken tooth extracted and felt no pain. She explains everything to you and has wonderful bedside manner. Her office staff was just as wonderful as her. After my procedure was done, the dental assistant gave me a small icecream from Baskin-Robbins which is also next door. I highly recommend this place!

I was not satisfied by my visit to Dr. Gupta today. I came for cleaning and she kept pushing me to do extra treatments. She ended up charging me extra for what she claimed to be ‘deep cleaning’ and she only cleaned half of my teeth !! And asked me to come back for the other half. She claimed that the insurance only pays half-mouth cleaning. Also I had to wait two hours to be seen by anyone. Don’t go there!!!

The doctor and the office staff were amazing and they communicated clearly. They did everything to make sure that I was comfortable. the only problem was the wait time but that was out of their control as it was due to another patient’s dental emergency that took longer than expected.
