Horrible customer service. Zero accommodations. Terrible process. People were nice but couldn’t care less about an appointment mishap. Made no effort to correct a mistake made by scheduling. Will never go back.

Dr. Ponnaganti, her hygienists and office staff are all wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and go above and beyond in getting to know their patients. After my initial consult and cleaning, they were able to quickly schedule time for me to come back and address a cracked tooth. Audrey, the hygienist gave me tips on managing my extreme tooth sensitivity and provided samples of a new product to help this issue. On the evening of my visit, Dr. Ponnaganti called to make sure I was doing well and to ensure I had all my questions/concerns addressed. I thought this type of customer service and patient care was a thing of the past. I couldn't be more happy with my choice to start using Happy Smiles, I am thoroughly impressed!

I had a badly infected tooth ,,they took x-rays and the treatment plan was to put me on antibiotics come back and get the tooth pulled ,,sounds about rite..but they never called the script in and when they called to remind me of my apt it was to get my teeth cleaned.WHAT? I said I need a tooth pulled.they said well your apt is for deep cleaning ..haha I said im in all this pain and you want to clean them? no I would never recommend anyone going to this office unless or until they get a new receptionist
