Dr. Marc Nardea was born and raised in Oakhurst, NJ, along the Jersey Shore. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Immediately following dental school, Dr. Nardea was accepted into one of the top Pediatric Dental specialty programs at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, where he completed his residency in Pediatric Dentistry. After residency, he worked in private practice for several years and became the Head of Pediatric Dentistry for the largest multi-specialty Dental Service Organization in the Northeast, overseeing more than 80 locations.
Dr. Marc Nardea is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He loves his craft and incorporates premium materials and minimally invasive dentistry into his practice every day. He has a profound appreciation for science, adapting to emerging evidence, and staying on the cutting edge of dentistry.
Dr. Nardea is dedicated to treating each child like his own, in a fun-spirited, easy-going, and intentionally gentle manner. He enjoys spending time with family, playing and watching sports, exploring cuisines, traveling, and reading on the beach. He and his wife Sally live in NYC with their baby daughter, Lainey.

Excellent experience for my child’s first time. She was nervous and she was given a squishy fidget that helped. Everything. Was ? thoroughly explained and everyone was empathetic. The office was clean and had multiple tvs playing kid shows in every room to help with distraction and ease their nerves. Afterwards, they had given my child the cutest toothbrush she was super excited to use.

I had such a wonderful experience at our recent dentist appointment! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and super friendly. They made my daughters feel completely at ease, which isn’t always easy at a dental office! The waiting area was clean and kid-friendly, and we didn’t have to wait long before being seen.
Dr Nardea was incredibly gentle, patient, and explained everything in a way that my girls could understand. They even got little cute toys after their check-up, I really appreciated how thorough and caring everyone was throughout the entire visit.

My daughter’s dental exam lasted about 1 minute. The Dentist was dismissive and not child friendly. He did not thoroughly examine or clean her teeth. He took a look in her mouth swiftly brush a tooth brush across her teeth and said “she doesn’t have any cavities, nice and quick right” and the visit was over. I explained to him that she was complaining about too pain when she eats and he said “maybe because she eats hard candy” which she does not by the way. My baby was telling him a story and he ignored her and didn’t engage. This visit was a complete disappointment to both my child and I. My 2 yr old was so excited about her 2nd dental exam and l, it was underwhelming to say the least. Nothing compared to her first experience at another dentist who no longer excepts her insurance.

My experience at this pediatric dentist was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and interacted with my child while we waited to be seen. Dr. Nardea was patient with my daughter and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. My daughter was pleased with her overall experience and I’m glad we found a dentist that we can trust going forward.

Dr. Nardea was excellent! I have never met a provider so responsive, attentive and willing to help out. He called me from his cell phone right away after I left his office a message that my son cracked his tooth. He talked to me extensively about options and even gave me his personal number to reach out with any questions. He treated my son with care and empathy. He is friendly, personable and informative. He is someone that goes above and beyond for his patients and we were lucky to come across his practice. Highly recommend!!

We had an excellent experience at this practice. The front desk was so friendly and we were seen almost immediately. Dr. Marc was fantastic with our children - he was very patient and gentle with them, and explained everything before the procedures. My kids are usually nervous at the doctor's or dentist's office, but Dr. Marc put them at ease throughout the visit. I highly recommended visiting him!
