Truly a horrible experience from start to end. I felt like they were just trying to get me into the office, didn’t actually address any of my concerns. I told them I needed an appointment with an oral surgeon for my wisdom tooth and they said they had one and could get me in, then when I came in for the consult, they said he actually wasn’t going to be in this week, even though I asked multiple times if he would be. The person at the beginning of the appointment who took my x-rays was apathetic, rude, and did not communicate well at all. Dr. Anastasia was kind and helpful, but didn’t seem to be aware of anything related to the oral surgeon or availability, which was disappointing because she really reassured me that they would be able to help and then I come to find out that none of what she said is true. The guy who went over costs with me missed half the stuff the dentist had mentioned including the antibiotics prescription and cost of sedation, overall a really horrible experience.

I booked this appointment out of necessity because I was in a lot of pain over the weekend. DONT DO THIS EXPECT TO BE HELPED. As other reviews say when you are booking this appointment with the Oral Surgeon you will NOT see this oral surgeon. Not only did I not see the doctor I booked the appointment with, there were NO oral surgeons the day I went and the dentist who saw me (for 3 seconds) did not even look in my mouth despite me telling her I was in severe pain and could barely open my mouth from swelling. After I asked about the pain, she prescribed me antibiotics and told me to come back to see the oral surgeon...luckily the antibiotics helped but a dentist that doesn't even look inside your mouth is not right. I'm going elsewhere because the insurance information was questionable and the prices were unreal. However, they have San Pellegrino and give you a goodie bag on your way out...so yeah draw your own conclusions.

Dr. Aileen Zaydel was truly unbelievable. She listened to my concerns, was extremely patient and above all she was so empathetic. I cannot say enough nice things about this visit and while getting dental work done is uncomfortable and frightening, the office and Dr. Aileen were all so comforting, warm and friendly. cannot recommend enough.

I HAD A TOOTH EXTRACTED AND BONE GRAFT PLACED. EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL. I HAD ALMOST NO PAIN, EVEN AFTER THE PLACEMENT. I LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING FOR MY IMPLANT.
