I’ve only been here for one teeth cleaning but it was pretty good. Very clean facility and the staff was pleasant, no complaints. I like that the actual dentist cleans your teeth instead of the hygienist like at some other dentistries. Everything was as it should be, nothing exceptional or over-the top but no complaints either.

The doctor made me feel I was wasting her time with my two follow-up questions. She not only dismissed my questions rudely and couldn't wait for me to check out before I could even finish consultation. Would not return to the office again and would not recommend her.

Arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted and processed immediately; I think my appointment even kicked off early! For a dentist appointment, I enjoyed the experience. Dr. Grossman was direct and answered all of the questions I had without giving me the feeling like she was looking for ways to add extra fees to the bill (such as by selling me some fancy electronic toothbrush like my last dentist). The amount of time she actually spent with me vs. an attendant was extraordinary. Highly recommend Dr. Grossman for those shopping for a new dentist.

I tend to experience anxiety when it comes to dental work, but Dr. Grossman and her associates made sure I was comfortable. She was thorough, gentle, and very quick. Additionally, she met with me after the exam to discuss her assessment of current and future needs. I would absolutely refer her to friends, and will definitely return.

To be honest, I was very nervous about going. My last experience with another dentist was not pleasant at all and I have avoided getting my teeth checked out.
MARCIA and her team were able to make me feel at ease and the check up and cleaning were not painful at all.
I made my next appointment right away because I knew I wouldn’t dread going as much as I used to anymore.

Best Dentist ever as far as I am concerned! I am not in the habit of going regularly to the dentist - in fact my first visit to her practice, I hadn't been to a dentist in 3 years.... Dr. Grossman was prompt, understanding, personable and very gentle. Highly recommend her to everyone. Dr. Grossman is smart, talented, personable and kind. She has been my dentist for several years - i made the appointment through Zocdoc because it was a weekend and i wanted to be sure to get on her calendar. i've referred several friends and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist. One thing i really appreciate is that she has really small hands and it doesn't feel like your mouth is being stuffed when she works on you. May sound silly, but i find it really important.

Dr. Grossman and her team was great. They are friendly, prompt, and extremely professional. The office was in a great neighborhood. Wait time was the shortest ever that I have experienced. The technology used was all state of the art, and her technique made this experience as painless as possible. I would highly recommend Marcia's practice and organization.

The visit was fine. I unfortunately had to cancel an appointment due to emergency surgery & was charged a cancelation fee for rescheduling. I think that was pretty harsh considering my surgery was more important then a dental cleaning.
