Confirmed insurance 2x, then once I was in the chair dentist literally rolled up with a bill in hand, I'd never been cornered like that, but then saw in other 1 star reviews I wasn't alone. When I pushed back a disparaging comment was made about a member of staff giving inaccurate information and I decided to decline to continue.
Kicker: I called insurance on my way home after and they confirmed the information was incorrect and they cover 100 percent!

The equipment was very old, and the whole clinic looked outdated. I waited ~1hr to see the doctor
I confirmed before the appointment that my insurance would fully cover the visit. However, at the end, the dentist said she performed a deep cleaning and asked me to pay for it…..At no point did she ask me whether I wanted a deep cleaning, and the entire “deep cleaning” process took less than 20 minutes — even a normal cleaning I’ve had before took longer than that. It was a very disappointing experience

On my way from my appointment I literally met my friend and he made up his mind on the spot to go visit Margaret Tulowiecka, DMD as well once he's got the funds, just by seeing the work that she did. Margaret Tulowiecka, DMD is the best you'll ever come across.

Everyone in the office was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Going to the dentist is a very anxious experience for me but this office makes it tolerable and every visit I walk out feeling relieved and as relaxed as can be, under the circumstances!

My appointment was efficient, and the doctor was clear about what further treatment I needed, if any. She didn't try to make small talk while her hands were in my mouth, which I appreciate!! Was also sensitive to the fact that a dental cleaning isn't the best feeling in the entire world and made it clear that if anything felt too sensitive or painful, we could take breaks. That did a lot to put me at ease- I've had anxiety in the past specifically about dentists, for whatever reason. The office as a whole was professional and clean.

This appointment felt very quick and easy, however, I wished that Dr. Margaret had done more to explain what she was doing and why. She was more than willing to answer questions when asked but for certain things I don’t feel I know the right questions to ask and would’ve appreciated having explanations for certain things. I also was hoping for a recommendation of a brand or product to use but went based on the brands they had coupons for at front of the office. The front desk staff and every person I spoke with was kind and patient and welcoming. Overall my experience was good and I’ll be returning.

Nothing but great things to say! Dr. Margaret is amazing; she takes her time with her patients and makes sure they feel comfortable and understood. I highly recommend going to see her if you need a dentist!

This dentist was the best dentist I’ve had in a while. So friendly, great listeners, gave me advice without passing judgement. They broke down everything they did really well, even showed me before and after pictures. All this while also being super quick and efficient. Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone!

The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. I told them I was running late because of the parking and they reassured me that they would still see me. The hygienist and other dental assistant were very knowledgeable and really did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Margaret came in later and to explain my x-rays and did a great job explaining my teeth and how to take care of them. Highly recommend!

I am so glad I found Dr. Tulowiecka! I came in with extreme tooth pain on my front tooth I was already scared of the dentist. She was kind & patient. She told me my plan. My tooth was saved. She did a root canal & crown. I no longer have pain and my tooth looks natural!
