“This was hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to — from the front desk to the dental assistant to the doctor. They are all knowledgeable, kind, understanding, patient, and go above and beyond to ensure you know exactly what you are paying for, your overall dental health, the procedures you need and WHY. The exam was very thorough. They show you the pictures and proof to the issue that needs addressed. I just cannot say enough about this office. AMAZING. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. ”

Dr. De Los Reyes was very knowledgeable and thorough with her examination. I really appreciated that she was very open to my questions and concerns as well.

I got a very thorough cleaning from Dr. Maria! I had some trouble getting plaque in some spots, but I could feel her removing chunks of it. She also managed to take a few minutes to patch up some small cavities on the spot. Big relief that she caught those before they got any bigger!

First of all, I had an appointment today at 8AM at this location with an undisclosed dentist. I wasn't told prior to my appointment exactly how long it would take so when I asked, they had a list of items which in my opinion would take half a day. I specifically said, I needed to be out by 9:30am, so we chose to do some of my crown work. I've been to this location a long time ago, and in their notes it specifically said I had anxiety over dental work. This was years of not having enough money and getting "my mom's friends" to do my dental work. So yeah, the struggle is real. A prior dentist at this location was very nice, but the one I got today needs a lot of bedside manner coaching. So if you have anxiety over dental work, this IS NOT the place to go. So what happened? I got a couple of shots and gum numbing sedatives, fine. As she started to drill, I felt something. Now, prior dentists have coached me through - is it pressure or actual pain? So I always kept that in mind because I don't want to get a bunch of unnecessary shots. Anyway, she began to drill and I felt something so a jumped, I did this a couple of times. She stopped and said "I can't do this" and immaturely left the room, practically stomping. So here I was, in pain, anxiety and having to deal with a child yelling at me. I tried to keep my cool because I wanted to get this over and done with, so after a while she gave me a huge lecture on how my mouth was small and my tongue big and she can't deal with this. "We need to work together". I'm sorry, but you are the professional here. You have my file. You have my history. Perhaps you need to calm yourself and think. Does the patient need more anesthesia? So when she came, "I" had to suggest that perhaps I need more, and she have me 1 more shot and we waited. AND low and behold!!!!!! I was fine for the rest of the 2 hour procedure that followed because, guess what, I didn't feel PAIN, I just felt pressure. I'm not trying to be petty here, but I'm just giving you my true experience and rating. I've been trying to assume best intent, as perhaps she's new to this role? Regardless, her behavior is not professional and she needs coaching. Also I left at 10:45am which is way past my 9:30am time and obviously missed meetings. If you have actual work for the day or important meetings, this is not the place to get dental work. They do not value your time or have a sense of urgency. I would allocate double the time they say and make sure you specifically ask for what is being done when you come in.

She was professional all through out the procedure. I loved that she took the time to explain things to me and gave full attention while in the chair. I especially liked the fact that she had light hands. Not like others whose hands seem to sit on your chin.

This was one of the best dental appointments I've ever had! The front desk staff was very friendly and I was roomed quickly. The dental hygienist was similarly very friendly and also very knowledgable about general dental care, providing great explanations and excellent advice. Dr. Maria was also fantastic. This is one of the few times I've walked away from a dental appointment really understanding what was going on and what to do to improve my dental health. I highly recommend this office.

So understanding, I was really scared before my procedure...she really went out of her way to explain everything in detail and help calm my nerves. Gold stars all around!

I so wanted to love this place. Very polite team, beautiful office and state of the art infrastructure. Unfortunately, they were disappointing in the only thing that matters at the end of the day -Dentistry. First of all, it is tough to get Dr. Maria's time, she seems busy with bigger things. I was personally disappointed that after my filling I had to go back 3 times to get the height of my filling adjusted. Even then, I would not be able to talk to any dentist and had to make do with the dental assistant who could not figure out to set the filling height correctly. I spent 4 weeks in discomfort because of this. I have gotten many filling before (yikes!) and this has never ever been a problem.

Maria is a dedicated dentist, for my first appointment at the office she met with me for an hour & she even cleaned my teeth!!! They are extremely detailed & can put you on a great preventative dental plan!

I came here for the first time yesterday. Dr. Maria De Los Reyes and her team did a very thorough comprehensive exam with x-ray etc. She has a lot of fancy facilities such as digital camera that is connected to the screen in front of me. The screen also doubles as a personal TV (seems to have quite a few channels to choose from) to distract patients from unpleasant or boring treatments. I have to come back for deep cleaning next month - though I am skeptical about whether I actually need it, I decided to give it a shot since my gum does bleed rather easily. Hope this will help solve the problem.
My visits with King Street Dental are always so amazing. She is so incredibly through with her secessions and helping me to understand whats going on. She and her staff are always so welcoming. I would highly recommend someone to come here for any service that they need. =)
This was my first visit but I will definitely be back. They where very responsive to a fillg that I lost and took great care.
The visit exceded my expectations The doctor relaxed me and I was very comfortable. I believe the procedure was done very smoothly and effective. also she was also informative concerning the future care of my teeth, gums and tongue. It was both pleasant and informative.
