the front desk had me wait for 40 minutes, and i was only called in after i complained. they did not do the service i booked, tried to sell me another service, made me wait for another hour until i complained again, and let me know that they could not do my cleaning today (reason for my visit). overall everyone walks around lost, seemenly not knowing what they are doing, really poor experience
