One of the best dental cleaning experiences I have ever had. The front desk staff were delightful and Dr. Garau was gentle, but thorough with the cleaning.

I was in & out in less than an hour, and the folks at the front desk helped me navigate insurance. It had been a few years since I’d seen a dentist and even though my teeth are a literal dumpster fire, I never felt criticism or judgement from nurses or dentist. Also I’m trans and they weren’t weird about it !

Her office never confirmed my appointment. When I called a few days before to confirm, all they did was take a message and tell me someone would call me back to confirm because the person who handled the appointment confirmation was in another department. I asked if there was any way I could call that department directly and speak with someone at that moment to confirm my appointment and she rudely repeated that she had already taken my message and someone would call me back. No one ever called.

Everyone was amazing. Staff was so friendly and so kind. I messed up booking my appointment and they made room for me on the schedule to get a cleaning. I would 100% recommend Dr. Garau!
