I don’t think there’s much wrong with the provider. They have their procedures that they follow. I don’t agree with them, but that’s not their fault. The problem is Zocdoc. I signed up for a routine cleaning. Period. Not a full exam, not x-rays, not an assessment of what type of cleaning I need. A cleaning. In 50 years of going to the dentist, and owing a dental office for 20 of those years, my experience has always been the same … clean your teeth, then the dentist comes in and looks and suggest things that need to be done. That was not the experience here. I booked over the lunch hour because I work, like a lot of us, and they spent 45 minutes on procedures that I didn’t request. Then they told me I needed an extra special clean that was going to take an hour, meaning that I could not do the cleaning and then get to work on time. So I didn’t get the cleaning after all, which is the only thing I wanted. If “cleaning” as an option on Zocdoc, explain that some offices require more.

I’m seeking fillings and trying to pay for them and whatever other services I may need out of pocket without insurance. My dental exam pointed out what issues I have and the best courses of action for follow-up. I was given a dental surgeon recommendation for wisdom tooth removal and a told how much to expect to pay for the fillings. My next appointment is for a deep cleaning and 3 fillings. I’m so happy to finally be getting my dental health in check and the staff was so kind, thorough, and professional.

Such a nice visit. As a first time patient I honestly expected a bit more upfront work to be needed - but forms were consolidated & digitized, insurance transferred over and I got in quickly once there. my appt was efficient, started on time but still detailed with lots of chances to ask questions. Everyone in the office was so nice and ready to help. No complaints.

10/10 service. Quick, clean, painless, and friendly. The decorations in the waiting area were pretty bad so I started get nervous I had chosen a bad dentist, but Dr. Bhatt was outstanding!

Waiting area and dental room was clean, staff was polite. But I scheduled a cleaning and never recd it, instead I was a new patient so i assume the X rays and analysis and explanation time ate into my cleaning. I kinda get it, but my visit purpose was for a cleaning. Ive always gotten a cleaning at other dentists on the first visit???
