About Dr. Marjan Mohajer

Dr. Marjan Mohajer is a Persian-American who moved to Southern California for college. She received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Colorado Denver School of Dental Medicine in 2013. She continued her training in dentistry, attending general practice residency at Albert Einstein University hospital, Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, where she received her certificate for sedation dentistry. During her residency, she also volunteered weekly at Rose F. Kennedy, a special needs dental clinic for all ages where she gained the skills necessary for treating a more medically and behaviorally complex patient population. These experiences help her serve the special needs population in her community to this day. Believing in a comprehensive approach to treatment, Dr. Mohajer has continued to invest numerous hours in her education with a focus in dental implantology through seeking mentorship and continuing education, learning the most advanced techniques available in dentistry today. When she takes time off from dentistry and learning, Marjan takes joy in working with her partner Adam on indie film productions and at film festivals. She also is an avid fan of snowboarding, traveling, reading, and her favorite schnauzer, Upton Sinclair.
