“I was not seen by the provider that I booked online. The dr that I did see, was very nice, talkative, and explained somewhat well what my dental issues were and what I would need. Dental hygienist was great! very knowledgeable, but she was very fast and not much communication there.
The person I had the most interaction with was the tech. She was great although was new to the office staff so still getting to know the place. I didn't see a whole lot of support from the front staff. When I left, I was pretty much ignored not even a "Have a nice day from the front staff". ”

About Dr. Mark M Davis
As an expert cosmetic and general dentist, Dr. Davis excels in dental care that focuses on form, function and beauty. At his practice, he operates under the theory that a great smile comes from the inside out. To that end, Dr. Davis offers dental care that protects the underlying integrity of his patients’ teeth while improving their appearance from the outside. In his quest to provide dental care that leads to healthier, happier, longer lives, Dr. Davis uses the latest technology and dental techniques.
Dr. Davis received his doctorate in dentistry in 1982 from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. From there, he operated a boutique dental practice in Utica Square Medical Center for 16 years before moving to Perfect Smile. Over the years, Dr. Davis has received continuing education on the latest innovations in cosmetic dentistry, sedation dentistry, full mouth reconstruction, advanced endodontics and periodontics, Botox, and more.
Dr. Davis is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, and Academy of General Dentistry, among others.
Dr. Davis makes his home in Tulsa with his wife of 30 years and has three grown children (and two mischievous dachshunds)

IT WAS THE BEST DENTIST VISIT THAT I EVER EXPERENCED. MOLLY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND CARING. ANGELA ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND CHECKED WITH MY INSURENCE TO MAKE SURE MY PROCEEDURE WAS COVERED. DR. DAVIS WAS VERY FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS TO MOLLY DURING THE PROCEEDURE AND KEPT ASKING ME IF I WAS ALRIGHT. I WILL DEFINALLY GO BACK, AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS.

The staff was friendly and very professional. I waited less than 15 minutes after check in. The dental assistant was very thorough and communicated clearly every step of the way. She listened attentively and took all my information down and answered all my questions. She then stated exactly what we had discussed, all my questions and concerns with the dentist. Dr. Crain was super nice and answered all my questions. I was given a treatment plan and everything was explained clearly and in detail to me. I had a wonderful experience on my visit. I recommend them highly. Thank you so much to the entire staff.

I didn't see the dentist until later briefly but the Dentist in training was amazing and thorough, and I prefer to see her. She explained everything really well and was thorough in her examination. The only issue with this business is it's expensive. And paying for a consult before you can get a cleaning, which is the policy of the industry in general, not just this location. They do offer financing, at least. That's helpful. I'd recommend to anyone with full dental coverage but can't to anyone who is only partial coverage or self pay due to the cost.

Very nice dentist office, they addressed all of my questions and concerns with my teeth. Even did extra treatments during my appointment that I didn’t initially book for to get the most out of my appointment. Definitely recommend!

Dr Davis and his staff are very professional and thorough. I developed an abcessed tooth over Christmas holiday. My usual dentist was closed for the holiday week. I found Dr Davis on Zocdoc and was scheduled by 8 the following morning After x-rays and exam the doctor prescribed antibiotics and pain medication to kill the infection and relieve my pain. Now I will be ready for treatment when my usual dentist returns. I would recommend Dr Davis and staff for all of your dental needs.
