In 2008, Dr. Sivers worked with colleagues at Harvard Business School to discover more efficient ways to practice dentistry with fewer complications, better outcomes, and greater patient satisfaction. In 2018, he co-founded a dental group focused on improving patient care and experiences. In 2019, he was invited to join the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dental Group Practice (AADGP) and currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business Wheatley Institution and Progress Through Business, Inc. Dr. Sivers' past dental activities include beta testing digital impressions with MIT and Brontes Labs (now 3M); incorporating intraoral photography and 3D imaging into routine patient care; partnering with companies to improve the quality of life and outcomes for patients, dentists, and their teams; and involving other dentists and dental offices in philanthropic dental activities (Dentistry From The Heart) to provide care to those less fortunate.
