About Dr. Mary Shoff

Dr. Mary Shoff was born and raised in Northern California. She grew up in her father’s orthodontic office where she discovered her love of all things teeth! Dr. Shoff completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she was heavily involved in dental and medical related research. After Dental School, Dr. Shoff moved to Los Angeles where she completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). At UCLA, Dr. Shoff gained further training on the treatment of complex and medically compromised patients, requiring full-mouth rehabilitation and implant surgery. Dr. Shoff is described by her patients as kind and compassionate with an eye for detail as she strives to provide nothing short of excellent care to all her patients. Dr. Shoff values patient communication, preventative dentistry, and making her patients feel valued and heard. She strongly believes that it is the dentist’s duty to educate patients on their oral health status and to lead them to an informed decision regarding proper treatment options available. Outside of the office, Dr. Shoff enjoys music, painting, growing plants, and exploring LA. Dr. Shoff is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Western Los Angeles Dental Society and stays current with the latest advancements in the field through continuing education courses and scientific literature.
