The staff who cleaned my teeth today had a very gentle hand, good bedside manner and I didn't feel like I was being sold on unnecessary things that I dont need. They cleaned my teeth well and im going to come back a lot sooner than a few years. Overall a nice place and great staff.”

Our dental practice provides comprehensive dental care for your entire family. Both children and adults are welcome in our practice. Our Staff is committed to developing relationships with each patient through communication, education and appropriate treatment planning. Often, there are multiple different treatment options to achieve excellent results. We have a special focus on cosmetics, the restoration of dental implants and Invisalign clear orthodontics. We develop a relationship with each patient and tailor treatment to your dental needs, desires and finances.
Dr. Ginsburg graduated from Cornell University in 1996, before moving to Boston to study Dental Medicine at Tufts University. After graduating from Tufts Dental School in 2002, he completed a one-year residency program for Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Ginsburg has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry in Boston since 2003. Currently he practices in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston.
Dr. Ginsburg is a member of several dental and other professional associations including The American Dental Association, The Massachusetts Dental Society, The Metropolitan District Dental Society of Boston, and The Tufts Dental Alumni Association. He is also involved with alumni activities at Cornell University and mentoring at Tufts Dental School in Boston. He and his wife, also a dentist, annually volunteer for dental outreach programs at their children's schools.
In his free time, Dr. Ginsburg enjoys cooking, bowling, and a myriad of activities with his children.

I scheduled a regular cleaning procedure, mostly coffee stains. The procedure was relatively short (30 min) and once I got back home and checked my teeth in the mirror I noticed I still had minor stains on my teeth. I’ve done this procedure before but I think this is the first time I’m not 100% satisfied with the results.

Zocdoc integrated perfectly with this office. The woman at the front desk, Shalia was super helpful and made my transition easy. I was given Kelly for perform my x-rays, gym measurements, initial evaluation and cleaning and she is superb. Dr.Ginsburg then came in for introductions (is equally friendly to Kelly), reviewed Kelly’s analysis and outlined my next appointment. For someone that doesn’t like the dentist, this office is efficient, comfortable, and makes my life easier. Would recommend to anyone!

I am looking forward to going back to the dentist for the first time in my life! This was my first visit to this practice, and I could not have had a more positive experience. The staff were extremely courteous, thorough, and attentive. I was long overdue for a cleaning (years, not months) and have a lot of anxiety around the dentist. The dental hygienist and dentist both explained what they were doing, took care to make me as comfortable as possible, and listened to my concerns without making judgments or assumptions. It was a great experience.

I typically don’t leave reviews but I have felt well taken care of by this practice. They’re incredibly straightforward, know what they’re doing, and do not try to strong-arm you into purchasing extra dental work. I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and was feeling very anxious about being judged or lectured at for my cavities but instead, I felt incredibly at ease. The procedures were way more comfortable than in the past and the dentist and dental hygienists got everything right on the first try.

Superb dentist in the heart of Boston. I have been coming here for years and have never been to a better practice. Dr. Ginsburg is knowledgeable and patient. The entire staff is friendly and deliver excellent service. The offices are clean, well located in the city and very nice.
I have had the following services done here: bi-annual cleanings, fillings, crowns, in office tooth whitening, Invisalign (excellent results and aftercare), wisdom tooth removal (with a practitioner recommended by Dr. Ginsburg) and a root canal (with a practitioner recommended by Dr. Ginsburg).

This office was great. My visit was within a very short wait time and I was seen very quickly by very friendly staff. They were nice, considerate to my issues, polite, and the office was extremely clean during the pandemic. I highly recommend Dr. Ginsberg's office. Scheduling and paperwork were also very easy, and the appointment is reasonably priced. I did end up needing oral surgery, so the staff helped me coordinate follow-up care and I was able to be seen by a surgeon on the same day because of their referral.

Dr. Matt Ginsburg is THE Best!! Our family has been going to him for about 10 years. He tells us in advance the kind of treatments we're going to need, he refers us to superb specialists if the treatment is something he doesn't specialize in, his staff are professional, each have a great sense of humor (which you have to have in a dentist's office), their knowledgeable, helpful, take pride in their work and are devoted to Dr. Ginsburg. The office environment is quiet and relaxing. We never leave with pain. We've gone to different dentists in this same office for more than 40 years and every single one of them has been top-notch. I highly recommend Dr. Ginsberg and his staff. Everyone who works here is so helpful and patient, and they take time to explain things if needed. They don’t “oversell” which I unfortunately encountered at a recent dentist. They also go out of their way to be sure you’re taken care of; they are easy to get in touch with and are very responsive.

Dr. Ginsberg is excellent. My biggest fear are the Novocain needles. His technique makes it almost painless. So if you're like me, this is the dentist for you! Additionally, I'm one of those patients who likes to have everything explained in detail. Dr. Ginsberg recognizes this and has no problem with giving me all the info I need, including going over the x-rays and other images with me. Top notch dentist!

Dr Ginsburg is fantastic! This was my first visit and I was impressed with the level of detail Dr. Ginsburg was able to provide when answering my many questions. With xrays and high resolution images of my teeth, he showed me exactly the issues that he was seeing. The doctor helped me work with my insurance and prioritize which work was the most critical. Dr Ginsburg seems like a very down to earth and honest guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
