About Dr. Matthew Sciascia
Matthew C. Sciascia, DDS, graduated from the City University of New York, Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He pursued his education in dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry. At New York University he was a member of the Aesthetics Society and was selected to become a Teaching assistant and peer mentor in his 3rd year, to teach 1st year dental students operative dentistry. Dr. Sciascia completed his general practice residency at New York – Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and was accepted to be a Chief Resident where he received advanced training in prosthodontics, cosmetic and implant dentistry.
In his free time, Dr. Sciascia likes to play golf, stay physically fit, and spend time with his friends and family. He keeps current on new advancements in dentistry by attending conferences, reading journals, and has already taken over 200 hours of CE credits in his first 2 years out of dental school. He is currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Second District Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

The staff is incredibly professional and courteous to all patients. It is clear the doctor cares about his patients and is not just rushing them out of the chair. I would highly recommend. I have already scheduled my next appointment.
