Office was a bit dirty and claustrophobic. Dirty dental chair. I inquired about Invisalign and was kind of duped into a credit program. Felt like retail instead of care. Everyone was nice but I wasn’t expecting to not receive a cleaning. Even though it was my first appt, I just got X-rays and had to schedule a cleaning a month out. Wasn’t happy about that.

I went to my appointment at 9 am today at Gentle Dental for a cleaning and they said I did not book a cleaning. They said it was an exam and xrays and that they would not be able to do a cleaning at 9 am. I told them I would like to cancel because I booked a cleaning and that was the reason for the visit. I showed the front desk the app where it said I booked a cleaning. The person at the front desk said that "unless I wanted to sit on another patient's lap" they could not do a cleaning at 9. Really inappropriate to talk to patients like that in a healthcare setting. I was told I could not get a cleaning until 10:40 which I could not make.

I really enjoyed my experience at this office. The dentist is usually really stressful for me but the staff were very friendly and efficient, and the doctor was very helpful and listened to all my questions.

This was my best dental experience in a long time! There was absolutely no waiting. My hygienist was ready immediately and she was gentle yet very thorough with my cleaning. She explained what she was seeing as she was cleaning and gave me some tips for better brushing and flossing techniques. Dr. B was prepared to check my teeth within one minute of Cathy finishing my cleaning. Despite not having my insurance card, the front desk staff handled all insurance billing and I left in such great spirits! Highly recommend!
