I booked an appointment here for cleaning because I have not had my teeth cleaned in two years due to Covid. I filled out all the forms, rented a car to go out there and got seen right away. They x-rayed and checked my teeth. This whole process took several hours. Then they said they could not clean my teeth due to perio. I left feeling humiliated. I wasted a whole day and had to rent a car but never got my teeth cleaned. This dentist’s office could have told me in advance that they do not clean people’s teeth if they have gum disease. They never said anything at all. They made me think they were going to clean them and I had every right to expect them to do so. I felt very bad about myself.
