I went in for a routine cleaning. Instead, they said that I needed a deep clean. And because of my Delta dental USA, HMO insurance, they said it does not cover much. So they wanted me to pay a tremendous amount of money, out-of-pocket for the deep cleaning when the routine cleanings are covered by the insurance. Then they said I needed a crown. My previous dentist never said anything about needing a crown.. They also said they would not do the routine cleaning until I got the deep cleaning. My teeth are fine. There are not any issues. No bleeding, no redness, no soreness, I will not be going back. These dental practices are becoming a corporate warehouse what happened to the independent dentist

Was sad I called before to go and ask if they accep my insurance, they say yes, but when I went to the appointment they say nop the woman in charge i think she didn't found on her sistem my insurance to disappoint, i I loose my time because i requested time in my work for nothing. So they should learn about insurances before gave at the future customers appointments.

I booked an appointment as I had pain and wanted someone that could see me at short notice. My appointment was at 4pm. On my way to the appointment they called and asked to cancel my appointment as the dr had to leave. I said I was in pain and nearly there. They reluctantly let me continue to the appointment but once there I was rushed through a quick consultation and told there was nothing they could see wrong and to monitor-come back if I did not get better. I was in a lot of pain but they did not seem to care or really help. The Dr ran out of the door before I had even left the consultation room (obviously had somewhere else to be). I was disappointed. It was obvious they had no intention of treating me as that would take time and the dr obviously did not want to be there. Horrible experience. Still in huge pain as I write trying to find somewhere else to help me tomorrow.
