My experience was awesome. They made my daughter’s first dentist visit enjoyable and we were out of there in a half an hour.
I love this place very calming and pleasant
I made an appointment through Zocdoc for the following week. Within a few minutes I received a phone call from them the day I requested was not available but that they had many appointments open that day and that I could come by that afternoon. I waited about half an hour in the waiting room (way longer than I'm used to waiting). I was then taken back by a dental assistant who was very nice and did my x-rays. I then waited more than a half hour to see the dentist. She was very nice, but I felt like she was making a sales pitch the whole time. She wanted to remove a tooth that other dentists have told me is fine to keep in if I'm not having pain or getting cavities. She admitted that I still didn't have cavities but that it "would still be best for me." I politely told her no but she mentioned it again before she left. She also mentioned Invisalign a couple times. After leaving me she insisted that I wait around for the office manager to talk to me. I waited another ten minutes for the "office manager" (who I'd refer to as more of a sales manager) to tell me the same exact thing the dentist did about how much a tooth removal and Invisalign would cost. So in all I was there a little less than two hours for a simple cleaning. And I felt like I was getting a sales pitch the whole time. The office staff was friendly at least. I won't be going again.
I was very disappointed with the service
From the moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care of right away. The place is nice, quiet, and clean! Once my paperwork was filled out I was taken back to be seen right away. Everyone was extremely pleasant.
It was great no complaints here!
The office was so clean and wveryone was so nice and professional!
I enjoyed my visit but wish my anxiety didn't get the better of me. They are very courteous and patient with you .
Best dental place I've been too. Very nice, welcoming, makes you feel comfortable.
